registered under company number 245823, with its registered office at Suite 102, Aarti Chambers, Mont Fleuri, Victoria,
Mahé, Seychelles ("netcloudil", "we", "us", or "our").
By signing up and using the netcloudil platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to
any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Introduction
netcloudil provides cloud storage solutions allowing users to securely upload, store, and access their files online.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of their subscription plan.
2. Account Registration & Management
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account.
- Each account is personal and non-transferable.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
3. Acceptable Use Policy

- Upload, store, or distribute any illegal, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or malicious content (including malware or viruses).
- Violate any intellectual property rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data.
- Use bots, scripts, or automation in an abusive manner.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.
4. Data Security & Privacy
- We use industry-standard encryption and secure protocols to protect your data.
- You retain full ownership and rights over your uploaded content.
- We do not monitor or access your files unless legally required or with your permission.

5. Service Availability & Support
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
- We are not liable for data loss or revenue loss due to downtime.

6. Payment Terms
- We offer free and paid plans with different limits and features.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- Secure payment methods are listed at checkout.
- Refunds are issued for billing errors or service issues at our discretion.
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Refunds are available to all customers, for any reason.
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@netcloudil.cc.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [5–10 business days].
No questions asked, no issues — if you request a refund within the 30-day period, you will receive it.
8. Termination of Services
- You may delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Break applicable laws
- Threaten platform security or integrity
- Terminated accounts may have all data permanently deleted.
9. Changes to These Terms
- We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.
- Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Unauthorized access or loss due to user actions, system failure, or external attacks
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seychelles.
